Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Lakop only for lawful business activity and in ways that protect customers, connected providers, other tenants, and the service.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or abusive activity.
- Selling prohibited goods or violating eBay, Stripe, carrier, export-control, sanctions, consumer-protection, or payment-network rules.
- Uploading malware; probing or bypassing security; disrupting availability; or accessing another tenant’s data.
- Reverse engineering except where law cannot restrict it, scraping, reselling access, credential sharing, or using automated traffic outside supported interfaces.
- Sending spam, phishing, unlawful marketing, or communications without required consent and opt-out mechanisms.
- Processing highly sensitive data Lakop is not designed for, including protected health information, government-classified data, full payment-card data, or children’s data.
Content and commerce responsibility
You are responsible for product legality, accuracy, safety, labeling, fulfillment, returns, taxes, licenses, intellectual-property rights, and communications. Do not use Lakop to misrepresent inventory, manipulate marketplaces, evade fees, or conceal transaction records.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve evidence, limit features, remove unlawful content, or suspend access. We will use proportionate measures and provide notice when doing so would not increase risk or violate law. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and reporting to affected providers or authorities.
Report abuse
Report suspected abuse, security threats, or unlawful content to legal@lakop.app. Include the workspace or storefront, relevant records, and enough detail for investigation without sending unnecessary personal data.
