Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 12, 2026
Lakop is committed to making its public website, business application, and merchant storefront experiences usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is ongoing product work, not a one-time certification.
Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where applicable. We design for keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic structure, readable contrast, zoom and reflow, understandable labels and errors, and alternatives for meaningful non-text content.
Compatibility
Lakop is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Some third-party experiences, including eBay and Stripe-hosted screens, are controlled by their providers. We work to offer an accessible path around limitations where the integration permits it.
Feedback and assistance
If a page, workflow, document, or storefront blocks you, email accessibility@lakop.app. Include the URL, task you were trying to complete, assistive technology and browser if relevant, and a preferred contact method. We will acknowledge the request and work toward an effective alternative.
Assessment and updates
We combine automated checks, code review, keyboard testing, and user feedback. We prioritize barriers that prevent signup, authentication, commerce, financial work, and support access. This statement is updated as the service and assessment results change.
